Dong article on jumbo frame

Rando question and sorry if I missed a post in the past on it. Read one of Dongs articles on it...Does anyone turn on Jumbo Frame with gig speeds in the asus router? I don't know enough of what it actually does, so thought I'd ask. What does it actaully impact better or mess up in regards to wifi if even applicable? Never messed with it, but it came up when I was browsing his site.

This has been discussed numerous times. The short answer is this:

Don't bother with Jumbo Frames. Their usefulness ended a long while ago with better Ethernet PHYs. And should have nothing to do with internet connectivity.
