Download Master/Transmission config?

So, "Keep seeding after task completed" is a nice little on/off switch, but I'd sure like to be able to specify things like a ratio, or time to keep seeding ... is it going to seed forever until I delete? What? No idea, no documentation, nothing ...

I've dug all through the file system and the usual places for Transmission and I can't find any real config files, just stuff that lines up with the very high level options from the web interface ... I've also downloaded the firmware source to pick through (even though I'm now running Merlin), but as it is "addon software", I doubt the details I seek are in there ...

Can anyone help?

Found my answer I think (unless it's reading config from somewhere else), posting here in case anyone comes looking for the same in the future -
