New Around Here
I just received my DS411+ and my WD drives (WD2003FYYS) and am ready to set them up. I have (2) 2TB drives that I plan to run in raid 1.

Do I need to do anything to the drives before I put the in the NAS?
Do I need to add jumpers for the Spread Spectrum clocking or the Power up in stanby?

Is the TLER a feature that is already on or do I need to set something?

Nebie questions I am sure but I look forward to your responces.
