Another update, my line is still not right, so called my isp and then told them about my address not being on the bt whole sale site. They now can not understand how I have net and phone, as by there records my details are at different address via bt system and cab. Yet had my line 15 years+
So after many calls back to me, at first they was going to cut me off, but I then said it's not just me, its my hole street thats not on the system. That just blowed them away more. Now I have a engineer booked to look in to this.
