Dual wan in asus rt-n16

Hello please help how setup dual wan for using both internet providers.Wan port is connected to dsl modem. In usb port is plugged 3g hsdpa huawei modem.If i setup load balancing 3-1 speedtest show dsl internet ip and only 3g download speed and upload speed dsl.Need setup both wans to using download and upload speed together thanks.
