Negative. Don't see any port forwarding or anything related to port 8443.
Is HTTPS port 8443 defined in both the Local and Remote sections of the System page? Are you confident the firewall actually started?

I turned it on in the settings. I am not very familiar with the Asus, so I have no idea how to check it.
 
BTW: In the firewall settings I have set
Respond ICMP Echo (ping) Request from WAN to Yes
but I do not get a response to a ping. And again, I am on the same hub.
 
Solved.

Playing around with pings I found that the Asus was reachable from my main router. Sure, that was the gateway, so he knew how to reach it. That meant that he did not know how to reach the other ones.

My netmask on the WAN settings was 255.255.255.255. I changed it to 255.255.255.0 - now all works fine.
