Enabled malicious sites blocking and now can't access router settings

I've got an AC68U running Merlin 380.59 and today I enabled the malicious sites blocking feature and since doing that, I can't access the router settings. It just says "took too long to respond".

I've tried rebooting it and leaving it off for a couple of minutes and it doesn't make any difference. The Asus app can't access it now either.

Any ideas?

I'm back in business.

Tried a wired connection and could access the settings, so performed another reboot via the GUI and it seems to be behaving normally again.
