Error message with proxy

I am receiving the windows error message that windows could not detect this networks proxy settings on all my computers attached to my AC68R. When I connect directly to my cable modem the error goes away. Any Ideas to fix this are appreciated. I'm running firmware 376.45 Merlin build. I've already attempted the usual fixes first by resetting the router and modem. I'm using static IP's for all my clients and I've also tried turning that off as well.

Fixed

Ok....I fixed this issue after chasing through settings. It turns out that if you open up internet properties in the control panel and click on LAN settings under connections nothing should be checked. After I unchecked automatically detect settings my error message went away. For some reason when that is checked it interferes with the router.
