At last the routers USB drives USB2 and USB3 appear on win 7 explorer, before appeared only on mobiles, tablets, etc, not PCs. Bug, router reporting on Network Map double the drive's capacity, hence my full drives are 50% free and double in size, I'd love that if it was true!!!!

It probably resets the wireless radio if it detects there are problems. This is purely an educated guess though.

And they will fix the wireless driver - the issue is that there is always a new one down the road.

Those who reported a problem browsing your USB shares in previous releases, can you see if it works properly now? I talked with Asus earlier this week about the issue, I don't know however if they implemented my fix or not. Just curious.

Im running two AC68 routers and one of them is set up as Media Bridge.

WiFi 2.4Ghz band; The link speed and file transfer was far better with firmware .501.

Media Bridge now has red X on the Network Map page, and it shows a Parent AP status; Disconnected. Even though Media Bridge is connected to main router AC68.


Asus, put the Eggnog away and get back to work.
