Floor plan and network wiring diagram software?

I am looking for a good software application to design floor plans with accurate wall dimensions as well as symbols for electrical circuits and network RJ-45 jacks. I would prefer a web based drawing tool like one of the following.

I tried Gliffy, but the scale is in pixels.

Autodesk is accurate but with limited symbols for wiring. There aren't decent drawing tools for even making circles or lines with dimensional accuracy.

Any suggestions?

I don't usually bump old threads, but did you ever find a software tool that fits your specifications? I didn't want to start a new thread since it has already been asked. I am looking for something similar to draw a network diagram based on my home's dimensions. I did find an online tool Creately which has network design templates. There are some electrical symbols and network RJ-45 jacks that are built in as well. Hope this helps!
