Followup on disk shutdown

Trebuin

So I have used the spin down option on my connected hard disk (on AC66) and it works as advertised. Downside is that it causes the dlna server to fail until I turn it off, then back on.

My next crazy idea/question is, can I command either:
1) a router shutdown period from 11pm to 7am? or
2) a disk dismount from 11pm and remount at 7am (probably needs the dlna server to restart as well)?

Thanks in advance for the help.

finding out how to get dlna server to work after the disk wakes from sleep would also work just fine as higher priority option.
