I have seen eBay prices about $10 - $13 higher than that in the same condition.

FYI, mine quickly sold on eBay for US$139 + shipping (just under $14 in shipping), including the Rosewill adapter as a bonus.
At least I offered it to the community for about $12 less (I say about because actual shipping I was charging here might have been a dollar or two more than my $14 flat shipping rate on eBay).
