Forward Port From VPN Provider to IP Address on LAN?

If I'm using a VPN provider that supports port forwarding via the VPN connection, how would I go about forwarding this port from the router to a specific IP address on my LAN? Is this possible via the GUI or does it require IP tables and loading a script on the JFFS partition?
