Good to know that .144 isn't/wasn't what we're waiting for.
That's the version I'm currently using. Haven't had any issues with it and I've had it for several weeks.

It looks like .147 has the NVRAM fix.

How did you get 147?
All the links do not work for me.
Your issue was that since these firmware have the nvram fix the router will be at defaults after the upgrade.
After the upgrade you MUST reenter all setting manually again.
You can not restore setting from a file as those were from a smaller nvram size
Actually I did load it back from a file, all worked well. Don't see why that won't be possible. Moreover here is the output:

size: 29536 bytes (36000 left)
