Geo-Leak On Merlin

I use a VPN in Merlin for work. I have a solid USA address and good speak with OpenVPN with UDP. My system works and I can get into all system. However, on an email program it still gives me a country block. It shows the IP like this 123.123.123.123:1234. I have never seen and IP like that.

I have tested on IP leak and there is only my server.

Anyone have any ideas?

That looks like a dummy/test/fake data a programmer would enter. Not a real IP/port.

I'm not saying these are invalid ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reserved_IP_addresses , https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_TCP_and_UDP_port_numbers ), but they are certainly unexpected as the real thing, and more likely as fake stuff.
