Just got the Netgear WNDR3700 and so far is seems to be a great router. But to really benefit from it's speed and features I know I need the right adapters.
Basically, I need an USB adapter as well as PCI (internal) one.
Netgear makes the WNDA3100. It sells for about $70. I also saw some refurbished for about $25. I didn't find any Dual Band N PCI they make.
My questions are:
1. Is it important to use the same adapter as the router brand?
2. Is the $70 price for the WNDA3100 worth it?
3. Is the refurbished WNDA3100 I should consider?
4. Are there any other Dual Band (2.4/5 GHz) adapters they are inexpensive and recommended?
5. Any other questions I didn't ask that need to be answered?
Thanks for any help.
