Hello everyone!
Have one issue after update network adapter on NAS with my config.

1. GT-AX6000 \ Merlin 3004.388.7
2. NAS with tp-link tx201 ( rlt 8125) 2.5G
3. PC with 2.5G lan / AX210 WiFi

If I connect NAS directly to PC by cable - negotiation speed 2500, fd, download speed from PC to NAS \ NAS to PC - like +/- 270MB\s, stable.
If I connect NAS to GT on 2.5G port (LAN 5) (negotiation speed - 2500, fd), PC connect by WiFi with link speed 2401 - download speed capped at 100MB\s, 1 core on router have 100% load, with process bcmsw_rw

Is there a solution to this problem, or is this a routing limitation?

I had my RT-AX86U connected at 2.5 Gb for a few years to my MikroTik - CRS305-1G-4S+ and it worked great. Then one day I noticed some things were slow. Connecting to router to the switch using a 1-Gb link solved the issue and oddly other 2.5-Gb ethernet connections work fine with eather. I suspect one of the router firmware updates caused the issue.

PC connect by WiFi with link speed 2401

This is a link speed, not throughput. The throughput is up to about 1.7Gbps and only if nothing else (you or neighbors) is using the same Wi-Fi channels, the PC can do sustained R/W above this speed to its own internal storage, the Wi-Fi adapter involved can actually do this speed, your RPi-like hardware router is doing nothing else (like Trend Micro and custom scripts involvement), etc. In other words you have many variables in this speed equation and in reality theoretical maximums are unlikely to be reached. Wired - about 280Mbps is what you can expect from 2.5GbE Ethernet connection, up to about 2.3Gbps. Wireless - it is what it is, perhaps different on every test.

On STOCK firmware (9.0.0.6_102_33874) - i download file from NAS with cap of speed 200MB\s without any CPU load (max - 7% on core 3)
And 200mb - ITs normal for 2400 link speed wifi, not 100MB\s and CPU-core 100%

try re-flash Merlin

And 200mb - ITs normal for 2400 link speed wifi

Agree, 200MB/s can be reached when Wi-Fi around is quiet. I've seen it in my own tests. What is going on with your Asuswrt-Merlin configuration - I don't know.

reflash GT-AX6000_3004_388.4_0_rog_nand_squashfs, without factory reset after STOCK
initialize amtm, installed domain based script, time keeper (like BEFORE)
speed 200, load - 2-5%

GT-AX6000_3004_388.4_0

What about current 388.7 version? If you encounter issues the release thread is here:

And i Find bottleneck.

This problem only occurs if you enable a route in the VPN director for one of the VPN subnetworks
like main network 50.0/24 , in the VPNdirector add route like 0.0/24 for WGC1
And after this steps CPU core 0 - 100%load (with process bcmsw_rw) when copy files from 50.2 to 50.3

Аfter disabling the rule, the speed immediately returns to normal, there is no load on the CPU
