GT-BE98 Pro Drops 2.4g Band after a few hours

Gigg

New Around Here
I just set up a GT-BE98 Pro a few days ago and my problem is that it has been dropping all of its clients and not letting them rejoin on the 2.4g band.
I was on the most recent firmware for a while but reverted to 3.0.0.6.102_32882, unsure if the Guest Network Pro IoT network was adding to the problem.
When I did this I also did a factory reset after it.

So far the 5g and 6g bands work without issue.

The few settings I have modified:
  • LAN: Changed the LAN IP address from the default to the one I was using with my old router.
  • Switch Control: Jumbo Frame: Enabled
  • DCHP Server: Manually Assigned one IP address
  • Administration: Turned off auto firmware upgrade
  • Screenshots of Wireless info for 2.4 band is shown below
  • WAN:
    • Internet Connection Disabled UPnP
    • Virtual Server / Port Forwarding: Added three port forwards

I have been struggling with this issue for a few days now looking for solutions but nothing has worked so far.

I have also attached my system Log.
I have looked through but don't see anything obvious to fix.
I All I see is when it starts to kick all of its clients but I can't figure out the cause.

Thanks for any advice!

I just realized that I should have been more specific on the firmware which is ASUSWRT - Official 3.0.0.6.102_32882
This also means this post maybe should have been placed in the ASUSWRT - Official form...
First time poster mistakes I suppose.

Use fixed 2.4GHz channel, use 20MHz only - this will stop the channel hunting ACS messages. Some devices don't like channel change. If used for IoTs only - disable BE/AX, use N only with all Beamforming, MU-MIMO, Roaming Assistant, etc. disabled. Modulation scheme to 802.11n. Test again.

Thanks originally I was trying to get an IoT network but right now I will be happy with a 2.4 band that does not kick all devices off of it after a few hours...

I changed the Channel Bandwith to 20 MHZ and Control Channel to 6.
I had done this before on previous attempts but I was on the newest firmware at the time and using the guest network pro IoT network.

Since I do not want this to be solely for IoT are there any other changes you would recommend on the professional tab?
Or wait and see if changing just the bandwidth and control channel solves it? Aka take it one step at a time...

No idea what works and what doesn't on this router, honestly. No plans to buy one either. It's an early Wi-Fi 7 product running brand new firmware with few updates only after initial release. You'll be beta testing it for quite some time based on previous experience with new consumer products.
