Have a rt ax86s is it better to buy a rt ax86u or the rt ax86u pro

Main router is currently rt ax86us

Someone is selling the rt ax 86u for 90 pounds which is cheap

I want to create a mesh network (might wire backhaul in future)

Or shall i buy rt ax86u pro?

I have 1gb internet at home

But coverage is bad

RT-AX86U/S run the same firmware, RT-AX86U Pro is a different hardware router and runs different firmware.

If you want both routers on the same firmware - get the cheaper used RT-AX86U and use it as your main router.
