I would appreciate any help.
Running 380.57_0 on RT-AC3200.
My configuration is :
2 x AP's running DD-WRT connected to a TP-Link swicth and switch connected to the RT-AC3200 which is connected to internet. The RT-AC3200 is the only DHCP Server in my network.
The problem is that a couple of devices that never show up on the Bandwidth Monitor page (Adaptive QoS page ....AdaptiveQoS_Bandwidth_Monitor.asp) while they are connected to the AP's via WiFi. everything works fines for these 2 devices, I can connect to the internet, surf, download, etc. I can even see the bandwidth utilization on the upload/download meters on the Band Monitor page when I use these two devices. I just cannot see the devices to assign priority level. All other devices (Smartphones, other wireless devices and computers, wired devices connected to the AP's) are displayed correctly.
Here is the the very interesting part, if I connected this 2 devices via wire to physical port on the AP then the devices show up on the Bandwidth Monitor page, even more interesting: if these 2 devices connected directly to the wireless on the AC3200 then they show up too.
It all the example above, the 2 devices in question receive the ip address from the AC3200 DHCP server, in other words: RT-AC3200 sees and know the MAC address of these 2 devices and assign them ip addresses but RT-AC3200 refuse to display them on the Bandwidth Monitor page and I cannot assign priority when using Adaptive QoS.
Is there anything I may be missing? What information would you need to help me to fix this problem?
I would appreciate any help. Thanks
