Thanks for the detailed reply. I will reply to everything in your post. What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
Can you access the router's GUI?
When you connect a computer to the router does it indicate a connection? Does it pull an IP address, gateway IP address and DNS servers?
Are there any other indicator lights, where you plug in Ethernet cables, on the router that may indicate activity?
Have you tried a hard factory reset?
Did anything happen recently like power surge or lightning strike or router damaged in some fashion (like being dropped)?
Could be the power adapter has gone bad, if you have a volt meter you could try and check the power output from the adapter to see what it indicates. If you have a similar spare power adapter handy that is the exact same voltage and watts you could try swapping adapters.
Is there a way to have it repaired? If you can confirm the power supply is good and working - the router is dead. Most likely internal component failure.
Not sure how you validated this but if you do have access to another adapter on loan (check voltage and polarity) or one of those power supplies with variable voltages and adapter heads (they’re not great for long term use), you could be more confident it is 100% not the PSU?The power adapter seem to be working fine.
