Help my dumb attack. I updated N66U to latest Rmerlin and want to go back to John's fork.

Hello all!

My N66U had the latest John fork version on it and I had a dumb attack.

For some stupid reason I decided to give the most recent version of Rmerlin a whirl and it borked my openvpn servers. Honestly I just don't want to play around for the next 24 hours getting it all working again.

I would like to go back to John's fork, but it is giving me the invalid firmware error. Help!

Use the asus firmware recovery tool. That should straighten you out!

Had trouble finding the firmware recovery tool on the website but an old link from collintaylor came through. Will report back soon with tears or beers.
