Hi,

All of a sudden my Synology NAS is no longer connecting to the internet. My downloads are not uploading or downloading.

I have sky broadband and a sky Q hub and the nas has got a static ip address.

I have made sure the ports are opened on the router but when I check the connection in the DSM then it fails.

I even tried adding the NAS to the dma of the router but still nothing.

Any ideas?

I had this happen a few times. In my case, tcp stack got messed up. A reboot of Synology fixed it.

I tried rebooting it, it didnt help.

I even rebooted, disabled download station, rebooted, enabled it, rebooted.

probably a bit extreme but thought it was worth trying..

What happens if you enable dhcp on the bad? Just add a reservation for the NAS ip?
