I am trying to set up web access for my DS214play (DSM 4.3-3810) using the AC56U router (firmware 3.0.0.4.374_158). Since the quick setup through the EZ internet wizard could not complete, I forwarded the ports manually. Testing the ports through the NAS "router configuration" told me they are working normally. Yet, I still cannot access the NAS through DDNS web access.
Without the forwarding rules, the DDNS leads me to the router interface, as expected. Moreover, trying my old TP Link router, web access works fine after complete the quick setup in the EZ wizard.
Any help or suggestion on what is causing the issue are appreciated.
