Help with 4G USB modem on AC66U - unable to connect
Hello to all
Im trying to connect a Sierra Wireless usb modem to my AC66u router. Im having issues trying to actually use the WAN connection over the 3G modem.
The router is running latest Merlin build 376.44.
The modem is a Sierra Wireless 763s which has the HiLink feature so there is no need to dial a connection (i get a private ip when i connect a wireless device to the modem).
Here is what i have done so far:
1) enabled dualwan on the router. Leaving my cable connection in 1st place and the USB connection as failover.
I plugged in the modem on the router and its recognized:
2) i have checked the following commands over ssh in order to diagnose the usb device:
3)running comgt -d /dev/ttyUSB3 info
4) The modem "sees" the router as a usb-connected client and it even assigns an IP for it!
5) here are my parameters on the USB modem page. i believe i dont really need them, right?
Can you please help me out with this?
Thanks!
