New Around Here
Hello, i need some help setting up my home network.

I have a boxee Box that i want to run on its own vlan (Wireless) and i want this vlan to be setup trough a open Proxy so its seems its running from US so i can use netflix on the boxee Box.

Also the boxee Box should have Access to my home server on another vlan to Access my Movies, tv shows, Music that i have here.

Is this possible With the ASUS RT-N66U Wireless router? If so, how can this be done?

Before reinventing the wheel look at the Astrill application and running it on a router running Merlin's improved ASUS firmware. It offers the flexibility you want.

Another option is running a router with Sabai's modified Tomato firmware.

Then decide if you want to spend a few extra dollars or spend the time writing your own scripts and debugging them.

Even if you decide to do it yourself you at least will have an idea of what is possible and approaches to accomplish your objectives.

I just got an N66 this week and I'm surprised it doesn't have a DMZ out of the box. I agree with CaptainSTX, your best bet is probably to run a custom firmware that offers a DMZ which is exactly where you would want that device to sit. I'm pretty sure the DD-WRT that I was running on my old router had that feature, it might be called by different names in different distros.
