Hi,

After install DM and with no jobs schedulled or running, I have a strange usage of RAM.

Thanks in advance

Hi Carlos,

If you have a read here http://www.snbforums.com/threads/asuswrt-merlin-380-57-is-now-available.29308/page-21#post-228554

and the couple of posts following it, you'll see that in Linux, unlike Windows, a high ram usage is nothing to be concerned about, Linux takes care of it dynamically as and when necessary. It's just Linux doing its job.

Thanks. I'll investigate the thread but... I've this "strange" usage just with one of my two N66u routers. Since I installed Download Master I get this RAM usage value with no activity. Just curious about it.

Then it might be an opportune moment to reconsider how much you really need Download Master. My gut instinct is that the less extraneous stuff running on the router the better, for reasons of security, stability and performance.
