Solved How to allow torrent connections, if it blocked

Hello All,
Sorry for interrupt. I tried to search and googled similar issue for the below question. But I can't find it.

May skynet be blocked torrent connections?
If so, could someone let me know how to or way? My synology has been located behind from asus router(ax88u) and I had installed some application by amtm. Because, after that, It didn't work.

Sorry for trouble, I found switch port died which had been connected primary NIC on Synology coincidentally. Because, I didn't know port dead due to it worked for a while after boot.
Now, I moved another port, and then it worked.
