Anyone telling you to disable OCSP doesn't know what they're talking about and is engaging in a bad faith argument.

While what you're asking for is possible, it comes with consequences you don't understand, otherwise you wouldn't be asking to block OCSP.
 
OCSP is necessary to check that certificates haven't been revoked (in other words, cancelled). Those certificates check the authenticity of websites, applications, and other things. Blocking access to OCSP puts your computer and your data at risk.
