New Around Here
Hi everyone,
I'm currently trying to improve my wifi connection as I have used several apps and applications to measure my current 5ghz channel which is on 44 and they are suggesting I should move to 153 or 161
I'm guessing some new networks are interfering with my current channel, because when I first started this up i went to 300mb/s easily but now i'm only getting 150 on all my devices
The problem is in my router or any app I tried i cannot go above channel 48 it just doesn't show any other numbers in the list above this range.
How can i manually get it above the 100 range channels?
I am using the Nighthawk X10 R9000, I got about 24 devices on the 5ghz network , and an additional 15 on the 2.4ghz (simply to divide the devices over 2 band frequencies and also because some devices i have do not support 5ghz)
The laptop I am using now is my MSI GT72VR 6RE Dominator Pro
