How to get email notifications on dual wan status change

Hello.
I've got a question. I finally installed newest Merlin firmware on my RT-N66 and finally dual wan watchdog is working as it should - it swithes router to secondary wan (usb router) as soon as it sees no ping on primary wan with yandex.ru.
Now i'd like to know the moment when watchdog changes to secondary wan - not to spend too much money on usb modem internet.
Is there any option to get email notification every time dual wan is changing from primary wan to secondary?
Any super-step-by-step instruction would be great.

Actually new feature in menu with email notifications would be super great - just as schedule reboot that is in the menu now.

Thank you very much! It seems quite simple.
But i was too fast to write that watchdog is working ok. Unfortunately it's not.
Will a new thread on my problem within 5 min - may be you have any ideas?
