Tutorial How to reset encrypted admin password via SSH

Be careful with this,

Tried running the command and got various errors trying to commit the settings.
Decided to them reboot the router and THE JFFS PARTITION WAS WIPED.
 
The problem mentioned in the previous post is coincidental and not related to this thread.
