imap and pixelserv

hi,
I'm struggling with outlook and pixelserv the problem is that I microsoft outlook can not login to imap (outlook and gmail)
when I disable pixelserv-tls it works I cant find annyting in the dnsmasq.log on my ip
I tested every link thats in the log from start of outlook till the login message.
the only thing to do is again disable pixelserv-tls on my asus rt87u router.

please help..

add "officeclient.microsoft.com" to the whitelist and it wil work again..

pixtelserv is part of diversion but what do i need to whitelist
its not an website..

Pixelserv can not interfere unless Diversion/dnsmasq is routing a hostname to the Pixelserv IP. If it’s not in the log, it might be cached temporarily.

Is this Outlook desktop or mobile client? How is imap configured? What blocking list in Diversion? Anything in the blacklist? The answer is out there but you need to dig a little deeper for us to help you.

You can turn up Pixelserv logging with http://your_pixelserv_ip/log=4 then try to connect to IMAP and see what happens in syslog. Then put it back to http://your_pixelserv_ip/log=1

Post the findings.

oke sorry for the late reaction but i will test it tomorow the client is microsoft Outlook 2016 fron office 2019 win 10 pro ...

If you are trying to pull gmail via imap into outlook, then the domain is imap.gmail.com and the outgoing server is smtp.gmail.com. If these two are not redirected to pixelserv then pixelserv isn't the issue. Could be skynet or something else.

If you are trying to pull other mail into outlook, same deal, except from what you've posted I can't tell what the sites are. Outlook is just a client.

Finaly found the problem adding "officeclient.microsoft.com" to the whitelist solves the problem
