Install and Upgrade Download Master on ASUS Router

Hi guys, today we will talk about an useful feature on ASUS router which named Download Master

Step1.Plug-in a USB-HDD (up to 1GB available space) on your router’s USB port and make sure the disk mounted OK, you can check on network map page.

Step2.After disk mounted, go to USB Application page to install download master, you can find a hyperlink on the button of the page then click it, choose a partition (if you have more than one partition) which you want to install download on.

Step3.After wait a few minutes, the download master will install ok automatic, now you can use it to download files.

Step4.UI will show “update available” when new version available, click the hyperlink which marked with yellow, then download master will upgrade automatically

Step5. If you want to uninstall download master, just needs go to USB application page and click the “uninstall”, download master will uninstall automatically

What I means Download Master will check if the disk have more than 1GB space, router can support 4TB without issue during my environment.
