With the increased complexity involving DNS Privacy, ntpd and WAN monitoring,
it's safer (and more reliable) to have the router always use the ISP resolvers
by default.

The dig command will actually query the ISP, but the cache will be unbound for the local network.

deleting my ISP servers from /etc/resolv.conf

The NO-RESOLV option tells dnsmasq to ignore the /etc/resolv.conf file.
