Well, I just copied the script into /opt/etc/ssh/.bash/firewall.sh
Now everything works perfectly, but I would like to put the rules in /opt folders. Any suggestions?
How can I postpone this process till it is mounted?

It's good that you resolved the problem, but why do you want to move it from the location in jffs? Mstombs said, "The intent of using jffs for scripts is that jffs will always be there.". If, for whatever reason, your folder doesn't get mounted, you won't know about it until you next look at iptables - your usb might fail or perhaps some future change to the firmware might have unintended consequences for you. Furthermore, surely the last thing you want to do with any firewall is to postpone - even for a second or two - it's start up?
