Maybe the Merlin system use a different process for kernel options than sysctl. It would have been nice to see if "net.ipv6.conf.all.forwarding=1" was set because that could explain why the router isn't forwarding.

Everything looks good except for the unexplained routes below:

What command line test or website are you using to test TCP?

Did you ping and tracert to that website?
 
Disregard it was a delayed SNB email I mentioned.
