Is this another RT-AC68U in a different shape?

I was browsing Asus website and came across with the RT-AC1900U, is this a new release? Anyone tried it?

It looks like a RT-AC68U within the case of a RT-AC66U B1...

Hmmm. It appears like yet another variant in just a different form factor.

Looks like an update may be required to the chart here:

RT-AC68U / RT-AC68P / RT-AC1900 / RT-AC1900P

I'm getting dizzy. But would love to know the CPU clock speed and all the other specs. As we start deploying more AiMesh configurations, it would be nice to know how this one performs in comparison to our current standard RT-AC1900P.

And would you mind to share cpu & mem speed ? Interested in knowing the output of
Code:
cat /proc/cpuinfo

TM-AC1900 is a 800MHz clocked, not 1000.

Can confirm that all 4 units I have encountered were 800 MHz CPU clock, not 1000. Not sure if there really are confirmed 1000 clocked units as well, but possible?

@wouterv can you amend your table perhaps?

Same as I found on 4 units. Just to verify, you need to look in the original CFE (bl_version=2.1.2.6), not the 1.0.2.0 CFE (since those are preset).

The table is updated for the TM-AC1900.
It still lacks details of the RT-AC68U B2 and RT-AC1900U.

Wasn't the RT-AC68P also a Best Buy exclusive like the RT-AC1900P? Just thought that might have gotten dropped from the chart.

Edit: I see why you removed it. Just to clarify, though, only used and refurb 68P products are available on Newegg.com, Amazon (3rd party only), and eBay. They will not be new unless purchased from Best Buy (now discontinued).
