Isolated Guest with DHCP Off?

Hello hoping someone can help.

I have a local dns/dhcp server and need to enable guest network on my AC66u. But the problem is with guest isolation its unable to get an IP (for obvious reason)

Is there a way to keep guest isolation but pass DNS/DHCP through? Perhaps iptable rules?

running: 376.48_beta3
