Issues with QoS - AC68U

Hello

Im having a strange issue when setting QoS up on my AC68U running 380.68 merlin. I dont dont if im doing something wrong or what. I have a 21/3 cable internet.

When enabling adaptive qos and automatic bandwith (i dont want automatic), i get decent speeds but still a lot of bufferbloat. But, when manually typing the bandwidth setup, my download speed is significantly reduced! Upload speed doesnt seem to be affected at all
Changing priority order wont help. Leaving FILE TRANSFERRING at first

I will appreciate your help with some advice

With QoS ON and Automatic bandwidth setting

With QoS ON and Manual bandwidth setting

You have the bandwidths typed in the wrong way round

thanks for your understanding.
regarding BB, i getting constant D and F on the tests. latency is around 700ms! i will take a look at the script right away. thanks so much for sharing

automatic is for 10gb connections, the script wich is amazing helps with bandwith allocation

Nah, easy mistake to make, I would expect Download to appear above Upload tbh!

I don't know why, but a LOT of things are switched throughout the firmware. Like all the "Save / Cancel" buttons throughout the firmware - the first button is almost always Cancel. Still throws me off from time to time, as I have to pause a second to make sure I'm clicking the correct one. And I don't want to switch them back, because people clicking out of habit with the firmware would then accidentally click the wrong button all the time.
