Anyone knows what does the error above indicate? This error happens once a while and when it happens, my 5ghz would be down and only can reset to factory settings would help.

Corrupted filesystem. Make a backup of anything you want to keep in /jffs (if you created anything there), then use the option to format/erase it, under System -> Administration. Don't forget to reboot.
 
And, I think it should be 'reboot, twice'.
