Success! I think it's working fine now.
I was just playing with the Jumbo Frames and Speed/Duplex settings. It seems that leaving Jumbo Frames disabled and setting Speed/Duplex to 100Mbps Full Duplex did the trick. Any idea why this is needed with the WNDR3700? I've never touched the NIC settings with my old Belkin.
Anyways, it seems to be transferring very fast now across all computers.
