L7 P2P Filtering

Hi I'm new to Asuswrt-Merlin and I've just loaded the latest firmware onto my RT-N66U.

I would like to block/filter all P2P traffic on my network, as far as I understand this can be done via L7 filtering which the firmware is capable of.
Could anyone provide step by step for a novice on how I would go about it?

I have found some scripts but have no knowledge on what's needed to get them loading and filtering for that matter.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
