Hi guys

I just started experimenting with using OpenVPN to access my home network from internet so that I could access devices just as I were at home.

I successfully managed to get the server up and running and I can connect to it and access most devices and services. I do however experience issues accessing some devices and I think it has to do with the ip number I'm being assigned: 10.8.0.x. Some of the services only allow access from 192.168.1.0/24. I tried changing the assigned ip under 'advanced settings' under the OpenVPN server page but there seems to be a conflict witch doesn't allow this setting.

Any ideas on how I can solve this?

Thanks!

Try this: Go to the OpenVPN Servers tab, select "Advanced Settings" next to VPN Details. Set "Allocate from DHCP" to yes. Or, you can set it to no and another box will appear that lets you define the client address pool.

Thanks for the reply @HarryH3

Check the attached printscreen, that doesn't seem to be an option in the version I'm running.
I'm currently running Asuswrt-merlin 380.61 on RT-AC3200
