Hello,
I am trying to setup a Linksys RVL200 at a small office. The RVL will drop the connection when I have VPN into the box. I have to re-set both the router and the DSL modem to bring it back up. The box would not hold the connection for more then ten minutes. I thought there was a problem with the RVL200 so I exchanged it. I installed and configured the new one and again it drop the connection after the time expired on my logon account. I now cannot access it because I believe the modem needs to be reset.
One the old one I did manually set the MTU with no luck.
Does anybody have any idea on this? I also have a RVL200 at home and I have not had any problems with it. That is why I got the same type to try at a remote office.
The one that is giving me problems has a static IP address on SBC.
Any help would be great.
