Load Balancing or dedicated WAN for the streaming server?

I have dual WAN, one is 25Mbps down 6Mbps up the other is 30Mbps down and 12Mbps up.

I have a Cradlepont router that's capable of doing load balancing but it doesn't do WAN bonding. I also have WNDR3700 router.

Should I install two gateways and dedicate one to the media server for just use a the Cradlepoint router and configure load balancing?

Are you going to be serving to the whole Internet or just your LAN? I would get a router that is capable of link aggregation and use the combined bandwidth. That or dump the slower connection.
