Yes, station-drivers has it. But Actually, the driver comes from Microsoft Update Catalog with CAB files.

I'm pretty sure Marvell website employee is smoking something every day.

I contacted Marvell directly via phone call. It appears they escalated it and it is now fixed on their website.

However, the installer had issues. I had to completely uninstall the device and remove its drivers in order for it to update, but it did work after that.
