missing speedtest binary

In a previous release I found a speedtest binary, which is not present in version 380.62_1
Why was the tool removed?

Because it wasn't supposed to be there, it was a work-in-progress from Asus, and since then they've (correctly) made this code only compile if specifically enabled in the build profile.
