Mount point with (1) after reboot caused by DLNA server

Has someone found a fix for this problem?

I have two partitions (media and Optware).

After reboot, the partition of MiniDLNA database is duplicated ( Media and Media(1) or Optware (1) if I move there database).

The Media mount point is the new one without my files, but only DB, Media (1) is the real Mount point.
So I have to delete Media (no files seems to be in use since I can delete it without stopping DLNA), stop DLNA, restart and set DLNA ON after restarted.

Is there a way to delay DLNA server start after reset (just for trying) or maybe Merlin can fix it in firmware?
