Move "Internet speed" tab to the "Network tools" section

I have small suggestion. Could @RMerlin please look into moving "Internet speed" tab from very unintuitive "Adaptive QoS" (why ASUS thought that putting it there in a first place is a good idea?) section to the "Network tools" section where it rightfully belongs?

I agree it would make more sense there, but Asus chose to put it on the QoS section, and moving it to a different location from stock firmware would create confusion.

More confusion for the greater numbers of Stock firmware users, I think you might've meant to say...and maybe even Asus' own people too ;-p
